Craig Firestone, President and Founder

Craig Firestone With extensive experience in both CEO and CFO capacities in healthcare and benefits administration organizations, Mr. Firestone provides strategic leadership in product functionality, marketing and financial aspects of HRAdvance.

Chris Heinefield, Senior Vice President of Operations

Chris brings extensive background in health care administration technology and solutions. Chris is responsible for the day to day operations of HRAdvance, as well as making tactical level decisions for the direction of the company’s flagship products.

Daniel Mos, Vice President of Information Technology

Daniel has a robust application development background, and he was one of the earliest adopters of Microsoft’s .Net application architecture. He has an extensive background in IT consulting, benefits technology solutions, and IT security. At HRAdvance, Daniel is responsible for all application development initiatives and technology decisions.

Shae Lucabaugh, Vice President of Participant Services & Corporate Development

As the Vice President of Participant Services & Corporate Development, Shae has direct oversight of Customer Care, Data Entry, Mailroom and Auditing Operations. She is also responsible for managing Quality Assurance, Business Development and Corporate Compliance. Her career in this area began when she was Vice President of Quality Assurance and Compliance Officer for a national COBRA and FSA vendor. During her 8+ years with that company, Shae performed a variety of responsibilities including Vice President of Operations where she had both direct and indirect oversight of 60+ employees. Ms. Lucabaugh's background also includes 15 years of extensive work in the Human Resource field and Insurance Carrier market.
